We understand that sometimes, life can take some unexpected turns. Our refund policy aims to deliver peace of mind to students who wish to book early and secure a seat while simultaneously seeking to ensure that course delivery is not compromised due to empty seats. All our courses have minimum attendance thresholds.

• Our refund policy applies only to the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC).
• CORE exam challenges are eligible for deferral but not refund
• Other courses, including but not limited to the in-person CORE course, live-fire training and Learn To Hunt course are not eligible for refund or deferral.

Refunds are processed according to the following terms:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the course date: 100% refund or priority reservation on a future course of the student’s choosing
• Cancellation less than 14 days before the course date: The deferral option depends on the resale of seat(s). If we can fill your place from our waitlist, we will offer you a place on a future course at no charge. There is no refund option.
• No Show or late arrival on the course date: No refund or deferral
